Pet Odor Control:

Please notify us before arrival if you believe the damage is suspected to be embedded in the carpet pad and/or sub-floor. When the odor is embedded in the pad and/or sub-floor, the most effective procedure is to remove/install new carpet padding and tack strips while sanitizing the sub-floor, carpet backing and base trim. This procedure is cost effective for small areas, but may not be suitable for extensive damage done throughout the majority of your home.
